I am a serial Entrepreneur, Speaker, Facilitator, Mentor, Writer, Published Author, and Blogger. I have over 25 years’ entrepreneurial experience, with core competencies in business strategy; finance and investment management; commercial strategy; business development, and resource management among others.
During this time, I have been blessed with the opportunity to share my experiences through my writings, speaking engagements, training, coaching, and mentoring – in unstructured and structured, formal environments – conferences, seminars, workshops, and training sessions. I derive unparalleled fulfillment from channeling the wealth of my academic and practical entrepreneurial experience toward helping others grow, scale, excel, and thrive!
I have taken such joy over the years in helping aspiring and young entrepreneurs with mentoring and advice to grow their businesses, trying to avoid some of the early stage and growth-phase mistakes that business people (myself included) traditionally make. My sense has always been that my experiences should add value to the next person, and help them succeed with less pain and cost than I have had to go through.
I am a wife to Joe, my best friend, chief encouragement officer, and the incredible man with whom I have had the joy of sharing almost 30 years of my life – at home and at work, having had the pleasure of working with him side-by-side for over 25 years now as we built our businesses from scratch. I am a mother to four absolutely fabulous and exceptional children of Kingdom destiny and purpose, children whose destinies I have been given the privilege to mold for this season of my life, children who daily give my heart cause to sing for joy.
I am a born-again Christian and minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, who is forever grateful for the gift of my salvation, and my treasured relationship with God the Father almighty. I hold dear to my conviction that God is the very essence of my being, and the source of whatever accomplishments I have or will ever attain. I have clarity about the fact that I am a conduit through which people will experience the love, favor, and grace of God, and so my life work is centered on using my businesses, experiences, gifts, abilities, and involvements as a platform for Kingdom outreach. I am not a woman who has not had to deal with major challenges in life, but I am a woman who through it all understands that all things work together for my good because my life is in God’s hands, and His plans for me are good.
I believe there is a call to creativity in every one of us which, if we add the right principles and structure, positions us to create wealth and deliver tangible value to our world. You and I are called to do greater things than we can reasonably imagine. Whatever our level of success, or lack of, there are greater possibilities ahead of us, and – if you allow, you and I will walk this journey of discovery and unveiling together.
